>> Clues and tricks:
- Without going through math, just keep in mind a 10% lower ankle SBP means PAOD
- A 10 mmHg difference between the two arms is not significant
- It is preferable to measure ABI on posterior or anterior tibial artery as in 8 to 9% of patients, dorsalis pedis pulse is scarcely found.
